You should realize that it is not possible to lose fat in a localized area. Love handles will only go away when your fat loss efforts reach that particular area on your body. Some methods are very standard for losing fat, and with the many varieties, you should find one that works. Even though you need a program for losing fat, you also need to target your middle area with a fitness program.

No matter which sport you prefer, variety is the key to success. If you're a serious exerciser, variety is the secret of preventing both burnout and boredom.
